Tiko El Outa is a multidisciplinary artist and director working across painting, installation, scenography, sculpture, and film. Based in Bern, born in Georgia and raised in Mannheim, she studied fashion design there, came to acting through theater, and later continued her education in theater and film studies in New York. From this background, she developed a distinctive visual language in which body, space, and narrative intersect, incorporating both architectural conditions and mythological and archetypal material.

Her work has been shown in numerous solo and group exhibitions in Europe and the United States; she is a member of ARF/FDS and Visarte. With her short film Love Madness, which was presented at the NY Shorts International Film Festival, she translates her visual practice into the medium of film and is currently working on a feature film that engages with the culture and history of Bern. As a co-founder of Bebia Art, a Bern-based non-profit platform, she is actively committed to artistic collaboration and cultural dialogue.
